I imagine the Dream Beings not wanting to acknowledge Pest Sprout since he's a lesser demon created by Eternal Slumber, who's been terrorizing the Dream Realm ever since the universe was created, similarly to how Shmogle from Cat Bird Dog was ostracized by the villagers due to him being the Wizard's henchman.
