The eyes have it

Whenever this happens, I have to break out a Q-Tip, open my eyelid, and guide the eyelash out.

But not before trying to find it.

Fortunately I haven’t had it happen that often. When it does I usually use a tissue or a paper towel to wipe it out with. That usually works after a few attempts.
