Harassment is against the terms and msmg users are harassing him. He is also spamming the stream with posts that are all the exact same topic and is encouraging drama.
I gotta warn you though, MSMG only likes specific types of humor. If I were you, I would start off with reposts. If you want, I can provide examples in memechat.
