It could be just a pinched nerve or a muscle spasm, but if it happens a lot then you could ask your doctor about it.

it usually appears when you are daining your stamina constantly, just sprint, then take a rest, i had these when i was younger

I get like that when I don’t eat. I can’t expand my lungs and chest fully and it hurts. You might also have heartburn or something. Did u get hit there recently???

i get hit everywhere constantly so who knows

Please know that you don't deserve SH. I used to tell myself I deserved it. Guess what? The things I thought earned me this were autistic traits and dysphoria. I hated myself for so many things. I still engage in SH, but not because I think I deserve it. Nyx is right, you seem to be a very nice person, and nothing we know about you earns you that treatment. I get it, but please know that. You deserve to live a happy life.
