An Unlucky Aeschylus !

Aeschylus, the ancient Greek "father of tragedy," died around 456/455 BC in Gela, Sicily. He was killed when an eagle dropped a tortoise on his bald head, mistaking it for a rock to shatter the shell

This tortoise didn't act alone. Also, this tortoise may not have wanted to be dropped on someone's head.
