if you don't know how Bite By Night works (skip this part if you do), I'm not gonna explain it all, but it's an asymmetrical game, kinda like Dead By Daylight but with FNAF. The biggest difference is the roster, like I said, it's only FNAF characters as killers, survivors are split into classes. I was the Fighter, and my friend was using Medic. Those classes are self-explanatory. You have to survive until 6 AM on the map and escape.
Basically, I ran into a friend in the lobby who was using an avatar based off of the song "Beauty" from Sinister Minds. I saw this and decided to switch to my avatar that was based off of "Minds" from the same album. We mostly just goofed off until we got into the round. Our team was okay, they put up as much of a fight as they could, but they folded pretty quickly. The team completed all the objectives, which cut down the time to about 4 AM. It was almost 5, when the Springtrap killed the only other guy besides us two and set us back to 4 AM again.
Me and the guy had to hide, as I had no charges for my axe swing and my friend can't do anything to stun the killer at all. My headphones are messed up, and sounds come from the opposite direction they're supposed to in them. Because of this, I couldn't really tell where the killer was. My friend however, was very keen on the sounds the killer was making and knew exactly where and when to run away every time. I followed him around, and he practically carried me to safety because of that. I was able to hold off the killer the few times he did find us, and give my friend time to get away. I was always able to escape and get back to him to heal up and repeat the whole cycle. Eventually, the time hit 6 AM, and the Springtrap had already set up traps all around the exit area. Me and my friend ran in, he tried to go after him, but I stepped in and got a parry in, but missed the subsequent swing. Still, he was able to get away. Then, he hit me with a axe throw and I ran into a trap, but that cleared the way to the exit for my friend, so I yelled at him to get out, and he ran to the exist, successfully escaping. I tried to run to the exit, but I was out of stamina, and just turned to face the Springtrap, satisfied with the fact I had gotten my friend out, and let myself get killed.
