BTW – this video is proof that Chauvin did not kill Floyd. Floyd did not pass out in less than 30 seconds with a knee on his neck. Floyd was still breathing and talking for several minutes. The fentanyl killed him.

It would take a governor to do that on the state murder charges. A president could commute or pardon the federal charges of civil rights infractions.
