What I want to know - That island was once owned by the Netherlands(I think it was them) and during or right after WW 1, it was given to the USA perhaps as a thank you for helping out in the war. This means the island was controlled by the government. . .SO WHO IN GOVERNMENT HANDED IT OVER TO ESPSTEIN?
