What is kansas doing this time? Revoking Trans peoples driving (i assume) licences? The land of the "free" is limiting people's freedom of movement if they are considered "undesirable" by the government?
Just searched it up, Kansas is basically invalidating Trans people who have licenses with their gender identity on it and is requiring them to keep their original gender on their drivers license. Also the law allows people to sue a suspected trans person for using a bathroom inside a government facility that conforms to their gender identity. It’s still bad especially since their was no warning or grace period but it’s not as horrible as you might think.
