Diversity is just code word for non heterosexual white male.
A straight white guy can get by if he is outspokenly liberal and subservient to his wife / girlfriend. Otherwise he has to be gay or transitioning.
But straight white male conservatives are the new Jews for the new Nazis (got to have someone to blame).
