Project aberration is a SCP like idea I came up with while in the shower.

Higher your pay. The better chance of success on more difficult jobs. And you may also discard money for bonuses that will be placed in your ID
Minimum and Max wage per rank
wage will fluctuate as you complete more things. however it can also decrease
Basic internship work: 20-35$
Abnormality data and testing: 45-150$
basic security (non abnormal) 150-200$
Abnormality cleanliness and emotional state management: 200-350$
Abnormality retrieval and suppression: 350-500$
Therapist: 500-1500$
Operative work: 1500-5000$
Another thing. If you are higher leveled then another employee. You may supervise them. Giving them extra bonuses and perks. You also get 50% of what they earn, but you can’t work yourself.
