As far as term limits go, why should it be applied to just one office. Perhaps we should limit politicians to two terms total lifetime in and all any office.
You spent two terms in city Hall, you don’t get elected to any other office. You spend two terms in your state legislature, you cannot run for governor. If we limit politicians in one office to two terms, why not limit them to two terms period?
Political office should not be a career.
