Anything they can use to screw with you they’ll use it. Some stuff is mutations of created things though too like bacteria for example. Good bacteria in our gut and for us girls certain other areas helps regulate healthy dugestion and ph levels but bad bacteria I believe is a twisted mutation by Satan as a result of sin. If psychos like Bill Gates and other pseudoscientists can make mutations of viruses like Covid a.k.a. SARS 2 for exqmple and splice animal and human dna then certainly a supernatyral being could do it. Free will is allowed which allows for evil to happen but without allowance for it God would have nothing more than a chessboard of ai generated marionette people. Not worth creating. I question centipedes. I mean dude those things look like something you’d expect to see crawl across your feet while taking a crap in the sewer in the boiler room of hell. Millipedes on the other hand aren’t so threatening.
