Never even had a lucid dream before

It's been quite a while, but there are ways to trigger it on purpose.

I actually don't want to do it because I am afraid of accidentally doing astral projection.

What's that

I know it sounds insane, especially if you don't believe in ghosts, spirits, etc. But there is a way you can literally make your own soul leave your body, and even explore around in the state.

My dad once said something about he somehow did it around 9 years old and started floating out of his house and got scared then went back.

If I ever lucid dream I'd just commit every possible war crime so that I know how it feels like to do them without being arrested irl

I never even get far enough to do anything cool. I only end up turning it into a lucid nightmare and get stuck inside 😭

I've never had one, but I'd definitely like to experience it at least a few times
And then do war crimes

My first and only lucid dream lasted 2 and a half seconds before I got overstimulated and the dream state collapsed 😢
