You mean every Federal Government Employee can get an automatic, interest free loan in the amount of their salary from their Federal Government Credit Union that gets paid back when the government "goes back to work" so they never have to go through a day without pay? But many of them don't because this way they get another paid vacation? They get paid if they work or not when the politicians get done showboating?
