Well it's actually the MOST accurate label - with these criminal NeoCon Psychopaths attacking nations that aren't posing any actual threat to them - War of Aggression was the name of that highest of all War Crimes, when we prosecuted and hung some Nazis, at Nuremberg. Certainly "Defense" was always a euphemism, since WW2. But at least in most of those cases the US Government worked on maintaining fig leafs, in terms of legal rationalizations and justifications. First Netanyahu, and now Trump & Hegseth have both just shown themselves to be pure criminals and fugitives from International Justice.
Did you know that targeting civilian leaders is actually forbidden under International Law? Certainly targeting schools full of little girls - using 'double-tap' strikes, to kill survivors and rescuers, is begging for a date with Gallows.
To say that the US never committed any War Crimes during WW2, would be incorrect - but aside from the Fire Bombing of Dresden, most US attacks can be justified by showing some kind of Military necessity, and legitimate Military targets. Starting this series of unlawful and unprovoked attacks with a thermobaric strike on school children is unconscionable, unjustifiable, and unimaginably monstrous. It truly shocks the conscience - for those of us who aren't complete psychopaths. It seems likely that it isn't Trump's first heinous crime against children, as indicated clearly in the latest tranche of Epstein Files - but this occurred on the world stage, and in front of witnesses. Trump even gave an address to commemorate the event. He then used the standard Z👁️onist tactics of lying about the facts, and to obfuscate, "self-'investigate'" - while dishonestly trying to shift the blame the victims, for the crimes you committed. And then eventually you just admit the crime, quietly - and daring the world to arrest you.
