I agree. I think it would be worth the experiment at least. Decentralized currencies do exist. However, if we truly want to achieve true decentralization of currency, we should probably not have a currency. Let people buy and sell as they see fit. That's just my opinion though. I'm no expert.

The Income Tax on personal income has only been deemed constitutional since 1913.
In 1894 when was implemented, it was found by SCOTUS to be unconstitutional by 1895.
To truly go back to a decentralized currency, it needs to go back on the gold standard, and eliminate the income tax, as was both the case for the first 137 of the 250yrs of the USA
