this image was not made or endorsed my Minecraft and is a fan made rendition, which also explains the glowing fire on the illagers hands.

odds are whoever made this image (I would assume it's part of a animation) made the ravager's leg do that on purpose because it would look better (especially if it were an animation). same with the flag.

also the smoke from the fire uses the same smoke that the campfire creates in Minecraft, and I wouldn't expect an ai to do this

also even the grass block and leaf textures are completely consistent
