I wouldn't say Borusel would gain UI. Maybe a form closer to Vegeta's Ultra Ego.
That last form, Super Saiyan Rosé 4, is about as powerful as Beast Gohan (at least), which is Ultra Instinct levels.

Borusel's thing is balance. I disagree with Beerus' philosophy of "before creation comes destruction".
I also don't like the UI's/eastern philosophy of completely giving up conscious control as a state of enlightenment.
