1 bottle of sparkling water (don't pussy out get that shit as fizzy as possible. like the most aggressive, mouth burning like it feels like you're gonna choke on the bubbles kinda thing. i find that topo chico is the best for this, if you have one of those things that makes carbonated water you gotta fizz that shit like four times)

2 tablespoons of lemon concentrate

2 tablespoons of lime concentrate

1 teaspoons of maple syrup

1 average-sized mason jar

add the maple, lemon, and lime into the jar first, followed by the sparkling water. drink the elixir boy.
