Iranian opposition channels report that over the past 24 hours, the IRGC and Basij have been turning schools, mosques, and hospitals into their bases.
They are abandoning their own headquarters due to widespread strikes on Basij camps and police stations, and relocating to civilian sites, using the same tactics as Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist groups. By doing so, the IRGC and Basij endanger civilians and effectively turn them into human shields.
