My cat is the opposite. You leave some pizza or part of a burger, she will wait until it's all but garbage and snag a bite then. If I take a piece of burger off, she will sniff it - ignore it & then eat it 3 hours later

She was an inside cat that people abandoned when they moved. She lived an outside cat life for like 8-9 months & then found me one day & became friends. I've watched track down crickets & munch

Crumpled up receipt? She's goes bonkers. State of the art electronic interactive cat toy? Barely notices it
