yeah they are artificial lights usually referred to as grow lights

you don't have to get stuff marketed as "grow lights" as the marketing itself can make it more expensive.

Just aim for warm or neutral LED lights between 5000 and 8000 Kelvins

Have you tried trimming?

I trim quite often, just light pruning and that has actually encouraged further growth on my plants
