I wouldn't mind eating a rat. I'd just want it to be gutted and all that.

I've spend days, upon days "processing" chickens, so I have a good idea on how to process rats. (I dont think I would necessarily eat one unless I had to)

I've eaten half a sheeps head ... the worst bit was the ears !
