Also, the way I see it, dress for the job. If you're gonna be in a stuffy white robe all day serving the blood and body, wear a tee and shorts. If you're sitting in the service, a nice tie and button up. If you're volunteering in the pre-school and nursery wing, pants and a sweatshirt. If you're pulling weeds in the memorial garden for the entirety of the service, a tee and jeans with some boots.

really? I prefer pants, because I'm usually working during the service (I'm a volunteer, so I'm either watching little kids, weeding, making the post-church snacks, or serving at the front) and so its better protection. I like collars cuz they keep me warm

Yeah collars feel too ticklish/heavy and pants are just suffocating lol
I try not to wear pants unless I have to
