Police in Jackson Township have issued a BOLO for a local man, who caused a disturbing scene at the Grocery Store. Witnesses say the man pulled out his "member" & ejaculated on the Fresh Produce... If spotted, Police say not to approach Mr. Ben Cummings & to contact local authorities immediately.
