By now, no doubt, y'all have heard
about Judge Cannon "protecting"
Durr-a-Lardo and his henchmen
by blocking public release of
Jack Smith's report
concerning illegal possession
of classified documents
and subsequent conspiracy
to prevent their recovery on
grounds of "irreparable damage
to former defendants."; Sit with that for a minute...
Got a full grip on it? Yes? Now
weigh it against the fact that
someone who's committed
no crimes can't be harmed,
can only be exonerated,
demonstrated innocent
-or at least not guilty- by
the release of Smith's findings. I mean...
that's the underpinning principle of
"nothing to hide, nothing to fear," innit? You ready for things to get
interesting? Okay -given that
Cannon's ruling only impacts
*public access* to Smith's
findings, that the cited
reason is "irreparable
damage to former
defendants," the fact Dear Leader was
charged under the Espionage Act, there's
no statute of limitations for capital offenses... ...and limitation statutes don't
apply to crimes which have
been discovered, informations
generated resultant of
federal investigations
(Nauta and De Oliveira
were charged with
lesser federal crimes), the
dismissal of Smith's case
without prejudice... ...Cannon's ruling isn't so
much about protecting
your precious King Imbecile
and his Stooges as it is
a matter of not whizzing
in the jury pool.
