This is completely up to you, but there should probably be a rule that forbids posting or commenting about him. All what people should do is report his images so mods can disapprove them. Giving any other attention is going to make him feel like posting even more and more.
It honestly shouldn't be an issue in a stream like this, I already turned off auto approval because like, a big point of the stream is for >10k points users to spam shit. So whenever the big Stone tries to post were good
