bonnie sp: do the cries get louder until he gets to you or like you count the cries as movement ticks?

Bonnie SP makes NO noise at all. It's basically a guessing game - but built-in challenges involving SPs use this gimmick, so unless you have all SPs on it won't be an issue

well if you have a rhythm with every sp on the it would be fine, because 20 on sp would probably almost guarantee movement chance
also can you use door lights?

There is a door light but it does nothing aside from dealing with Withered Bonnie (oops spoilers)

The cameras give you a pretty good idea for when Bonnie is going to kill you - he makes the groan (at normal mode) right when he is at camera 5 - or your door

the only thing you need to change when you do difficulty up is focus on camera 5 to catch him instead of the sound

SP will have MORE of a rhythm, but it won't be as clear-cut as, say, withered freddy's 5 second move intervals.
