The options are affirming everything one does to the point of loving sin, pure hatred, and loving thy neighbor while still hating sin. Although, there might be a third path, love the sin, but hate the sinner, I don’t really know what that would be like, though.

I mean that the liberals often affirm some much as to tolerate sin and nazis and some conservatives hate homosexuality, abortion, and other things so much that they end up hating people. The thing to do is not to affirm and tolerate sin, while also not showing hatred for other people.
