A mix of COVID, Bidonomics, Purchasing a house sight unseen, no reaction on selling homes at state assessed value, because the biggest fraud of all is tax dollars paying state agencies to tax assess homes to raise property taxes, then to turn around and allow banks to sleep with the house apaiser, or the realtors home apaiser... Doesn't help the situation,,,,,,..And .......black rock.

And, we've got the best system in the world. Sure glad we don't have the worst.

The reason why it's the best system is because average people like you and me can pitition the government and lawmakers to make a change at a state and federal level. But people like you and me have to do this work unpaid, and I don't know about you, but I don't have much free time to arrange meetings with state legislature and senators, let alone the means to waist the gas meeting them.
