Nick Shirley went to to locations from California’s public voter rolls from the Secretary of State, and not a single location could verify the voter rolls.

CBS2 Investigation (2016)

A 2016 CBS2 investigation identified 265 cases of alleged "dead voters" in Southern California, 215 in Los Angeles County alone.
One individual, John Cenkner, reportedly voted in five elections after his 2003 death.
The Los Angeles County Registrar confirmed signed vote-by-mail envelopes in the names of deceased individuals, including Julita Abutin, who died in 2006 but allegedly voted in 2008–2014.
