thats not really true. especially not spire since she has no control over the content. but either way websites generally are not liable for exposure to user generated content, you should check the terms, generally theres a waiver of liability for damages/exposure with use of the website

especially since the ai automatically marks content as nsfw, and a user would have to specifically enable nsfw content to view it. and to do that you would need to create an account and agree to the terms which guarantee you are at least over 13 years of age
