I'm actually attempting to write a light novel with an ending similar to this, but I'm only 3 chapters in so far and I just don't all that many good ideas for the story
A nation enters into battle
with a massive horde of
devils, and the king watches
his entire country get destroyed,
his close companions being
annihilated, and at the very
end gets killed too. I've
always been interested in
ideas where everyone dies
