Assuming 30 frames per second, such a video is worth (1,000 words per frame) * (30 frames) = 30,000 words.

Uh-oh, I heard you now have a 1.8 million-word report due. No problem, though, as you can just record a one-minute video (assuming 30 frames per second (FPS), of course).

(1,000 words per frame) * (30 FPS) * (60 seconds) = (30,000 words per second) * (60 seconds) = 1,800,000 words.

Or just create a 30-second video at 60 FPS. Remember to keep an eye on your computer space as you upload these videos, though!
