I would like you to explain to me how my comment was subject for deletion but DrizzIe‘s one wasn’t. Don’t worry, I will be patient

Your remark included an insult aimed at Drizzle. Drizzle's comment posed several questions, did not include any false accusations as you suggested, nor did it contain an insult.

"Also, how can anyone be sure it's not him?" implies that I willingly sent invites to an NSFW server, which I didn't. So that's a false allegation.

An allegation states a claim as fact before it is verified, while a question seeks answers and clarification without inherently passing judgment.

I'm unbanning socj (User you banned) because what he said was not a death threat.

It was indeed a death threat. You need to talk to an owner before you unban anyone.

Everyone agrees that it was not a death threat, and even then, a whole day is a bit harsh over a simple comment.

I also don't specifically remember needing to tell an owner if you unban a user being in the rules, but I will double check again

Furthermore, the ban imposed on Garfieldfan was unjustified. The rules do not specify anything regarding slander related to non-users of Imgflip. If that were the case, then posts aimed at Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump, and many other individuals who do not use Imgflip would also warrant a ban.

Correct.

Do report the mod's actions before banning a mod. Banning a mod isn't dealt with in the rules only because it doesn't make sense to ban a mod.

You've also logged a title change the mod committed, it wasn't harassment. The abusive title written by the image owner was removed so the image could remain featured. I didn't think that needed an explanation.
Only title changes done with an intent to harass are dealt with.

Also report bad bans if you come across any, Gfan's for example.

We can discuss more if you have reservations. You were scaring a new mod.

If you go to imgflip.com/terms you will find this
This is another reason why he was banned

Then you should disapprove the meme below and ban the user as well. (imgflip.com/gif/aztcod)

This is different because it is an actual meme that isn't annoying everyone, and there is some truth to it. It isn't like "i hate trump because he is a racist nazi and anyone who likes him is also a racist nazi", because there is literally no proof to back that up and it is straight up annoying behavior that makes imgflip unfun for others. (As seen in my above image, saying "or make it less fun for other people")

There is no proof, evidence, or credible legal accusation that Donald Trump has ever been involved in child pornography.

You are moderating based on your preference and not based on terms of use and stream rules. Your "case" is riddled with holes and extremely hypocritical.

According to a page in legalclarity.org, it says "Donald Trump’s name appears tens of thousands of times across the millions of pages of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents released by the Department of Justice."

You know, Jeffrey Epstein. The child sex offender/rapist/trafficker. Why in the world would he have connections to someone like that? That is the truth that I find in the gif you sent me. We don't know if he literally has CP on his phone or not, but it is possible. And once again, it was just a meme. I'm done discussing this.

The Jeffrey Epstein-related documents released by the Department of Justice mention thousands of individuals. These documents cover a wide range of people connected to or referenced in various contexts, reflecting the complexity and scale of the investigations. Many names appear in the files, but the presence of a name does not necessarily imply wrongdoing—sometimes it reflects social, business, or incidental connections.

Who is everyone? Only an owner can make that call.
"Mods shouldn't reverse an approval or disapproval made by another Mod without asking the Mod who made the original call first, then getting an Owner's review and concurrence that a bad call was made.'

You should know the rules if you want to continue to be a moderator.
