no, actually. do you realise what billions of years of evolution can do? take a look at our ancestors, the other hominids. they probably looked quite similar to us, yet we were the ones who somehow survived when the others didnt. we share over 95% of our dna with chimpanzees, which clearly shows tge seperation was natural.
