The EPA said catalytic converters would change Carbon Monoxide to harmless CO2, we were told converting busses from diesel to Natural Gas would result in emissions being harmless CO2 and water vapor. We were told Scrubbers would clean power plant emissions to harmless CO2 and water vapor. Now harmless CO2 and water vapor are dangerous and deadly pollutants?
