You're not wrong .. when Al Gore contested the election, election boards, judges, & political pundits in Main Stream Media ALL backed the recount efforts -- because it's a right for a Candidate to contest the results & they stressed the importance of secure accurate elections.

However when Trump tried to contest the election... Election boards went silent, judges refused to hear cases, and political pundits of MSM all rejected the idea of a contested election & made sure to spell out that the election was the most safe and secure election that ever occurred.

So you're right - one situation was a Candidate contesting results & everyone jumping on board to contest the election via recount & the other one was a Candidate not getting the chance to contest elections.

The legal channels didn't let Trump bring anything to court because they refused to hear the cases. Most of the judges were political activists for the Democrat party too by virtue of their public interactions aligning with Democrat talking points.

Because I watched it all from a different lense where I saw judges refuse to hear cases, one saying he refused to hear it because he was worried about there being riots in the street
