The IQ of a person considered mentally deficient is 80. The average person falls between 85-110 (average being 97). Meaning a lot of the average people are just barely not retarded! Which also means that about 30% of our population can be considered mentally deficient and unable to perform simple basic tasks! Then when you realize that people tend to congregate with like minded people. Then look at the weather in Minnesota (I am sure there are some smart people that have been born there, but if that is where you decided to stay with the other options in this country ,,,That says something about them) then this understanding and AHHHHH moment comes over you once you realize.
