I said taken into custody, which is not the same as arrested. You can be taken into custody pending either charges or release. He was released . . . and yes, that IS on the record as admitted by the DOJ. Oops, eh?
One of the ongoing problems with the political left's collective arguing this stuff is that they are utterly unaware -- due either to intellectual laziness or ideological convictions -- concerning how and why law enforcement and federal agencies function and work as they do . . . and yet the political left's collective always blindly opines and inevitably gets it wrong.
