Law requires as a permit holder you cannot attend demonstrations with your gun...he had no business bringing it. Leave law enforcement alone.
Same reaction when cops pull over a speeding driver who has a gun in the car: they will go on defense.

I do think people shouldn't but try to interfere with police officers but I also don't think you should defend cops shooting people as they like.

He's also wrong when he says that the law prohibits somebody from having a legally permitted gun at a protest because there is no (MN) state or federal law that says that

Which law says that? Be specific. Because this has been explained to you numerous times that Minnesota has no law saying that legal gun carriers cannot attend demonstrations or protests

Except when acting under the authority of other law, it is a misdemeanor for a person required to register by section 243.166 to carry a pistol, whether or not the carrier possesses a permit, to carry issued under this section. If an action prohibited by this subdivision is also a violation of another law, the violation may be prosecuted under either law.
