Not quite- Man was supposed to have dominion over animals yet after the Fall, animals to this day disobey man just as Adam and Eve and the rest of us disobey God. Ever notice a dog that will obey the owner most of the time will also disobey.
There was also a tree that disobeyed Jesus.
