It's kinda cliché. It's basically that something is so funny that you slap your thigh (and maybe stand up) as a strong reaction. Most Germans don't usually do this, but I sometimes do as a joke.

Yes. People have already thought of action figures as a nickname, but I hope I'm the one to coin the official nickname: T-rex. All transmascs are testosterone kings!
