I wouldn't exactly have a problem with that, the name is not bad. It's not my chosen name and I wouldn't pick it, but I kinda like it.

I forgot to explain in the meme or caption that it's a specific name they use. In my egg phase, I was experimenting with my now chosen middle name, and somehow people have found out. But they don't know that it's because I'm trans, so they try to misgender me and accidentally use the correct gender.

I'm not out, so people think that calling me a girl would be misgendering me (cis people also don't like being misgendered), but they actually use the correct gender to address me. People have started addressing me with my chosen middle name because they somehow heard it in connection with me. It's much better than before when they used a weirdly changed version of my deadname that I don't understand.
