These incidents highlight a pattern of violence at religious sites, ranging from targeted hate crimes (like the 2009 killing of Dr. George Tiller at a Lutheran church) to attacks driven by extremist ideologies, affecting various denominations like Baptist, AME, and Catholic churches.
