We have that. Use a 4 character color ending in 2 or 8 character color ending in 22 in the drawing tool. I used hex color #22ee2222 in my comment image here.

I only got it to work from copy and pasting the code you gave, when I tried entering one myself it didn’t work at all. It doesn’t work too well as highlighter anyways though lol.
