Is the wife's name Columbine or Columbina? I see the name and a design element of your character and I am surprised to see a commedia dell'arte-related oc on here

Well her name is Jophiel but she is based on Columbine! Nice eye! (Their grandson is also named Pierrot!)

Is Pierrot a sad clown who probably got cheated on once like his namesake?

naw he's a goofy lil kid, I picked the name because it sounded like Pietro. But his mom (and Harlequin and Jophiel's daughter) is named Marion because she's a marionette, and her sibling is named Auguste because of Auguste clowns

That's cool, I've actually never heard of said Auguste clowns though, and I thought commedia dell'arte was the nichest interest on record (where I live...)

well there are four main types of clown: Auguste clowns (party or circus clowns), character clowns, whiteface clowns, and tramps/sad clowns.
