When Used The opponent and the user's souls are linked for the next turn. Any damage done to the Decidueye is done to the opponent. If the Opponent uses a status move like Thunderwave to Paralyze the user they get Paralized too (This includes immunities/abilities like Good as Gold which are ignored) Or if they use moves Like Quiver Dance or Swords Dance they get the same stat buff. Can't be used Twice in a row unless the user is on Grassy Terrain or Nighttime Veil the new weather condition (As mentioned in the title)

What a Nightime Veil does: Weather Condition: Lowers the accuracy and evasion of all Pokemon who arn't Ghost Dark or Normal. Last 5 turns unless holding a Mist Stone

New Abilites that work with it or are Related:

Night Walker: Doubles the Pokemon's speed during a Nighttime Veil. (Given to Gourgeist and Bewear)

Sleep Clause: 30% Chance to set the opponent to sleep when hit with a contact move (Wiggilytuff, Munna and Musharna)

Shadow Materialization: Summons a Nightime Veil upon entering battle. (Dusknoir and Umbreon)

Silhouette Force: Boosts the power of Normal, Ghost, and Dark type moves by 30%. (Weavile and UB Father (Male Version of Kangaskan Normal/Psychic, Hyper Mega is UB Family Reunion, will have difrent ability tho))

Spirit Veil: Boosts evasion by +2 when the Nighttime Veil is active. (Banette and Hydreigon)

I'm Changing The Ability (as I said in the title) due to me adding the lil rowlets So Version 2.0 of Deadshot Is Now Vital Shot (Signature like Parental Bond)

Vital Shot: The User Hits Once for 90% damage for a move then 2 more times for 10% for each of the Rowlet's at the end of turn even if the user faints that same turn. Contact moves under 70 basepower are guaranteed to hit (Are able to hit immunities too for resisted, This includes the Rowlet hits too).

Dex Entry: When Decidueye Hyper Mega evolves it thinks about its past as a Rowlet and manifests two Rowlet's. One Acts like a Small Aerial Drone to scan the area for danger and uses its eyes to find them using aura like Lucario while the other Listens in on other Pokemon's Presence with over 97% accuracy on what direction they are. Their Chains are Silent and fast with usually taking the Enemy and wrapping them up and immobilizing them and the other like a prehensile tail of other hand to use to fire their Feathers that are now reinforced by their soul. The chains can also come apart and shoot individually and with only 3 they can grab an opponent's limb and pull or push them away

Btw for those who don't know what hyper mega's do here's a quick summary:
Hyper Mega Evolution's work similar to Mega Rayquaza/Zygaurde but with changes
Hyper Mega's gain 150 Stat points.
You can have 2 on a team.
They only last for 5 turns.
You can Re-Hyper Mega after 2 turns. You can't Hyper Mega 2 Hyper Megas on the same turn.(btw this is for double battles this doesn't affect single battles or your opponent)
They don't need items instead like Mega Rayquaza you need a Move
Hyper Megas CAN NOT SWITCH OUT AT ALL (They also can't be forced out by moves like roar, dragon tail*, and whirlwind, moves like flip turn*, volt switch, and u-turn**)

Changes to regular Megas:
Regular Mega's Work like a Evolution Evolution they evolve then the stone is returned to the users bag. However by holding the mega stone in battle They ALL get a boost to their highest stat upon entry (Dauntless Shield and Intrepid Sword are now +2***)
They Last eternally till Un-Mega evolved by the trainer
Only one regular Mega at a Time and Regular Megas CAN Switch out

Psychic/Flying (I know huge type change but its passive is grounded so it gains the ground type and gets boost by stuff like psychic terrain but it immune to ground and electric moves)
