i have court today at around noon time EST and i don't think its gonna end well
I was charge for assaulting someone because they sexually assaulted my best friend. i got another charge a month later for assaulting him again, and in my eyes, court probably isn't gonna end well. If you guys don't see me around 4-4:30 PM EST, then i'm most likely in Juvi. I thank everyone for being supportive and everything.

Alright then it could be counted as self defense. Talk to your lawyer about it, the fact that you tried to prevent sexual assault of a friend will give you much better chances.

Someone like that deserves a sentence 10 times as long, at least. If you’re pulling that shit at 16, chances are you’ll be doing far worse stuff when you’re older. That’s actually just straight up evil that the law is so stupid there and the fact that someone gets away with it just because they’re a minor, even though they committed a very adult crime, only means that more victims could be hurt some day, or worse. I’m f**king tired of criminal systems that aren’t punitive nor rehabilitative, they just give mercy to the criminals because of idiotic policies trying to be empathetic, yet those same policies then ignore future victims.
